What is a gas meter
The gas meter is a gas flow meter, also known as a gas meter, which is a mandatory verification measuring instrument listed in the national strong inspection catalogue. The user must use the gas meter to pass the first strong inspection by the quality and technical supervision department. The gas meter is made of aluminum and weighs about 3 kg. It is placed in the instrument box welded by the steel plate and connected with two gas pipes by nuts. Such as industrial gas meters, membrane gas meters, IC card smart gas meters and other instruments.
The gas meter is a flow measuring instrument for accumulating the total volume of gas flowing through the pipeline. There are two metering boxes in the table, each containing a certain volume of skin capsule made of oil-impregnated sheepskin or synthetic rubber. As the gas flows, the bladder expands and contracts, thereby changing the volume between the bladder and the metering box while changing the position of the spool. When the left slide valve moves to the right, the air in chamber A is exhausted, the chamber B is exhausted, and the right spool valve is in the middle. The chambers C and D stop entering and exhausting. After the intake of chamber A, the left slide valve moves to the left and the right slide valve moves to the left. At this time, the air in chamber D and the chamber C are exhausted, and the chambers A and B stop entering and exhausting. Then the left slide valve is moved to the left again, and the right slide valve is moved to the right. At this time, the air in the chamber B is exhausted, the chamber A is exhausted, and the chambers C and D are stopped from entering and exhausting. Then the left slide valve moves to the middle, and the right slide valve moves to the right. At this time, the C chamber is ingested, the D chamber is exhausted, and the A and B chambers are stopped. In this way, one cycle discharges two metering tanks of gas, while the crank swings once, driving the gears to rotate, and the rotation of the gears drives the counter. The counter reading is the volume of gas discharged.
